The law firm INVICTA has been providing legal services regarding implementation of the client’s project to run a fast food restaurant KFC. The project involves the acquisition of a land plot in Děčín from Tesco Stores ČR a.s., the construction of the building and related infrastructure, lease of the building to AmRest s.r.o. which runs KFC restaurants in the Czech republic, securing bank financing and conclusion of the agreement on right to build between the owner and the builder.
