Milan Prieložný has been working with INVICTA since September 2016. Milan has been an attorney-at-law since 2015. He has broad experience in the area of commercial law, especially corporate law, mergers, acquisitions, litigation, real-estate law and contractual law. After graduating from the Prague Faculty of Law, he practiced law in leading Czech law firm Glatzová & Co. for more than 4 years.
On July 12, 2016 the INVICTA team held a party on the “Kapitán” boat anchored at Prague riverside for its clients as a simple thank you. We enjoyed tasty grilled meat and vegetables, draft beer and premium wine. Even though the weather was not very convenient, everyone was satisfied.

The INVICTA team has provided legal advisory to an investor regarding the acquisition of shares in a Polish company, which in cooperation with Panattoni Europe and Accolade carries out a project of construction of industrial park in Szczecin locality consisting of two industrial halls offering 73,000 square meters of lettable space.
The consultancy involved project structuring, drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation, including a comprehensive shareholder‘s agreement governing joint-venture cooperation and financing.

INVICTA has provided legal counsel to a private investor regarding the acquisition of an office building in Prague 9 for a transaction value exceedng CZK 100 million. The building was completely renovated and refurbished in 1999 and offers almost 5,000 square meters of lettable space.
We have sucessfully defended our client, a construction company, in a court dispute related to the protection of patent rights initiated by a Belgian producer of construction components. The complex dispute, involving three European jurisdictions, was succesfully settled.
Beáta Sabolová is experienced in providing legal advice to Czech financial institutions and large corporations for complex financing transactions. Besides her experience from an international law firm where she was a member of the banking team, she has headed the legal team for corporate financing in one of the largest Czech banks. She has well-grounded know-how from various acquisition, structured and project finance transactions, specifically in drafting complex lending and collateral finance documentation. Given that she has worked as an in-house lawyer as well as in a law firm, she understands clients’ needs from various perspectives and is able to provide practical solutions for them. Beata enjoys her kids´ sports, especially ice hockey and figure skating. Speaks Czech and Slovak, English and Russian.
