The estimated value of the mostly residential project exceeds CZK 500 million.
The INVICTA team has provided legal advice in relation to the acquisition of two properties in unique locations in Prague 1. One of the properties is used entirely for office purposes and serves as the seat of a major financial institution. The other property is primarily administrative with the remaining part used as retail space. The overall lettable building space exceeds 8,000 square metres and the total transaction value exceeded CZK 1 billion.
David Hubl is a student at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. In INVICTA law firm he provides support for senior lawyers, information, documents and other tasks related to the position of paralegal. David is interested in the practical application of law and moot court competitions, but is no stranger to business, having also had personal experience with the launch of a start-up company. His free time is split between his friends, music, literature and sport – Olympic weightlifting, long-distance running and tramping. He speaks Czech, English and German.
Marie Mattauchová is a student at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. She operates as a paralegal in INVICTA law firm. Her job description includes searching for and verifying information, and conducting research and other tasks associated with such a position. Marie is interested foremost in private law, especially civil, business /corporate law and how it is applied in day-to-day life. As a member of the Street Law community she dedicates her spare time to teaching the basics of law at high school and organizing moot courts. The rest of her free time is divided between reading, travelling and exercising with her dog. She speaks Czech, English and Spanish.
The INVICTA team has provided legal advisory to a private investor regarding the acquisition of shares in a start-up company operating a food retail e-shop and related warehouse and logistics services. The consultancy involved a legal audit of the target company, and negotiation of transaction documentation, including a comprehensive shareholder‘s agreement governing joint-venture cooperation.
Petra Eliášová has been an attorney-at-law since 2014. After graduating from the Prague law faculty she began working in leading Czech law firm Glatzova & Co., where she gained extensive experience in providing advice on business law, including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and contract and insolvency law. She also has broad experience in representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings.
In her spare time Petra likes watching good movies, playing volleyball, skiing, running, and relaxing at hot yoga. She speaks Czech, English and Spanish.
Jana Fridrichovská worked as a consultant for a Teléfonica O2 commercial outlet, was a right hand to a purchaser at Globus and in Pepsi managed the administrative program for the entire Prague team. In INVICTA she currently ensures the smooth running of the office.
Jana has many talents and interests. Singing, playing the piano and jogging are among the main ones. She speaks Czech, German and English.
